Things That Make Me Happy… In March 2009
I stole this idea from the late Domino magazine (may you rest in peace) and thought it would be fun “special” entry to do at the end of each month. Essentially, this will be a “10 Things That Made Me Happy In … (insert month here)” sort of list type thinger. So without further adue, voila 10 things that made me happy in March 2009. :)
1 . Canada’s Style At Home magazine
I’ll save you the teary details of the loss of Domino (*wallow*), but ever since it folded two months ago, I’ve been scoring magazine racks in every store imaginable trying to find a replacement. I began to give up hope, until one day while waiting in line at the local grocery store, I noticed a bright pink, white and spring green living room staring out at me from a cover. Instant love. I don’t think anything will ever replace Domino, but I’ve found a new magazine to enjoy in Canada’s Style At Home. Who’da thunk something this close to home would, for lack of a better metaphor, hit this close to home?
