Oh, the joys of small apartment living and being forced to get really creative with the space! Especially for people who actually care about the interior aesthetic (like you and me!)
My first apartment was maybe 300 sq. ft. and it was in an old building in the city that was built in 1850 and converted into apartments. I...loved it. It had so much charm and with a little work and a lot of organization, it worked.

Now, I have a house and at first I had no idea what to do with all of this space! I kept saying I had no idea what to do with myself, haha.

I agree with you as far as that room decor is concerned; "I don’t mind wicker in very, very small doses, but all over it gives me grandma vibes" Sort of like the Golden Girls, I think all of their family room furniture was wicker!

I like a lot of those shots, but some of it takes the nod to the tropical/nature feel a bit too much... great textures, though.

Great post!

What a nicely designed apartment. I usually see small living spaces as annoying, but I could actually see myself living in something like this. I love how the designer has given the impression that there are multiple rooms by cleverly arranging the furniture to almost make them seem like walls.

I love small places, they're so... small and cosy. Obviously I wouldn't disdain living in a big place, but generally speaking I love small ones! And this one is really, really well organized. Props to the designer!

I'm not sure I could live in a small space. Firstly, what would I do with all my books. :p
Seriously, look at those photos they have what, around 50 books... I've got nearly 1000 books!
Of course if I had no choice I'll do it, but I'm used to have a lot of space. I think it would be ok for a short period of time, but living in a small space for more than a year... I would probably end up crazy ;)

I'm a bachelor apartment dweller and I absolutely love this layout! My apartment is in a constant state of design. Hopefully one day I can look at it and finally say, yes, I am done. 'Til then, I'm gonna keep on painting and rearranging!
