Letters to Crushes
♥,
I am infatuated with you. You are everything I’ve always wanted wrapped up in cardigans and scarves.

GaGa Dolls
Lady GaGa Dolls (on Flickr)
Because I’m just in awe at the skill. Lady GaGa inspires all and knows no bounds.

Penny Tiled Floor
Penny Tile (via design*sponge)
Because it has a vintage-y charm. Plus, it looks sharp in black. The washroom in my dream house would have this floor.

A Room of Butterflies scene from Bright Star
“When I don’t hear from him, it’s as if I died. As if the air is sucked out of my lungs and I’m left desolate.
But when I receive a letter, I know our world is real.”

Gold Glittery Pumps

Glittery Gold Peep Toe Pumps (from Forever 21)
Because they shimmer like gold. Wink wink. That, and they’re just insanely gorgeous. Like Dorothy’s ruby slippers but in a more versatile colour.

Whip It
Whip It
“The last time I wore skates, they had Barbies on them.”

Alphabet Icons

Alphabet Poster (by bunnycapulet)
Because ‘A’ is for adorable. I have such a soft spot for sweet little illustrations and alphabet posters.

  1. Oliver Twist (second from left), Alice in Wonderland (white one around the middle with the pink flamingos), Madame Bovary (purple one beside Alice) and The Picture of Dorian Gray (black one on the far right) are my favourites. (»)
  2. Unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten to see this movie yet. It’s not showing in a theatre near me. (»)

X is always the same XD

And I’ve seen those around! :O Are those the ‘put yourself in the story’ ones, or am I thinking of someone entirely different.

When I have my giganitic personal library, they will be in there! :D

I think you’re thinking of a different set of books. These are just the regular books, but with really pretty cloth covers. :) Though I’m very intrigued by these ‘put yourself in the story’ ones. Tell me more!

I loved Whip It! It was so adorable. Not what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised by it.

I don’t know where to start. The books – adore them. The Gaga dolls – hysterical. The Bright Star clip – absolutely magical. Letters to Crushes – have the tab open now.
So many wonderful finds. How did you manage to save them all for one day? I would have been bursting with excitement if I had found each.

Oh, these books are all a girl can ask for at a bookshop. Classic authors, great fiction and magical covers to make our homes look like a piece of Heaven on Earth. Beautiful!

Oh gosh, I know! Those are quite possibly some of the most beautiful books I’ve ever seen. If I didn’t own most of those books already with, unfortunately, uglier covers :P, I’d be all over those.

Aww I saw those books in Borders the other day and couldn’t resist taking them off the shelf one by one to have a look. Those lady gaga dolls made me laugh, and oh i agree with you, that washroom floor is perfect!

Those books are beautiful. I can’t spend money on them though. But then again, they are so beautiful! Perhaps I can make an excuse, since they can double as books and room decor?

I’m in a very similar predicament! haha. They’re so beautiful and it’s so hard to resist them, but I shouldn’t! But I like the loophole you’ve suggested – that they do double duty as books and decor. ;D
