Oh, books for sure count! Where would we be without our beloved books to love and cherish? :D

Card decks are an interesting thing to collect! It's like collecting lots of little pieces of art. :D I've always found card designs most fascinating. These are some of my favourites: http://www.itwasaloveaffair.com/v2/#37 So awesome!

I used to save all my calendar pictures for that same reason! The pictures are still pretty even after the year ends. :D Most I've gotten rid of now, but I know I still have a handful of them floating around somewhere.

Marie! Hi! Long time no see. :D I hope everything's well for you? :D

Oh, keychains! I think I forgot to mention that in my post. I used to be a rabid keychain collector. Any time I went somewhere, or someone I knew went somewhere, I made sure I got a keychain. I've since stopped. Not sure why though, as I had quite the collection. I still have them all packed away some where.

Oh no, I 100% get that since I've moved a good 6 times in the last 5 years. (Oh, the joys of moving... so much fun. XD) So I've started to pitch some of my things over the course of each move. But there are some things I could just never get rid of. Fortunately, I have my parents house to store those sorts of sentimental items. :)

Is it worrying that my first thought when reading this blog was about where the hell she stores all this stuff? I'd be a collector if I had my own place/the room for it.

Although, I tend to fuss over something intensely then let go, so collecting for me may be a bit pointless. And like Manda I've moved a hell of a lot in the last few years, and moving a shit load of stuff is always a pain XD Saying that, I have a load of books, that's collecting, right?

It took me a second to realize this was all the same person!
I especially like some of her vintage items, and the old photographs. And the miniature owls are adorable! I can just imagine what her house might look like, if she has everything up on display or on shelves somewhere.

I collect coins, postcards, keychains, magnets, shotglasses, and snowglobes from places that I've travelled...I used to collect stamps as well, but I haven't gotten any new ones in years. I also collect concert tickets and pamphlets from events I've been to...And I've also started recently collecting autographs that I've gotten either through the mail or off of eBay.

I used to collect coins, too. They used to make these fancy quarters here that would change pictures each month, and I was obsessed with collecting them all. I still have them somewhere probably.

She seems to collect a LOT of things :P Funny, because I'm at a point in my life where I'm trying to de-clutter and get rid of absolutely anything unnecessary. When you move around as often as I do, it all just becomes junk you haul around for too long in the end. (Clearly, I'm not very sentimental about my stuff :P)

Those are all lovely even the rolls of string. Some of those pine cones look like roses! Beauty is definitely found in the strangest places.

I collect owls and miniature things when I can. I also like to keep little pretty pictures from old calendars. Sure the year is gone but why throw away the pretty pictures?
